I had a mixed experience at The High Line Hotel. While I enjoyed the charming decor, the comfortable bed, and the excellent coffee bar, the experience was marred by several downsides, particularly regarding the room size and some maintenance issues. The hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the vibrant Chelsea neighborhood.

The atmosphere was unique and charming, but the lack of basic amenities like coffee-making facilities and the closed coffee shop were major drawbacks. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and my check-in experience was smooth.
